Steve has managed Infrastructure and IT teams at Columbia Sportswear, Jenkon, Intel Corporation, and Mentor Graphics - providing support for CAD/CAE design engineers, and Corporate Datacenters. He keeps current hands-on expertise with Infrastructure Automation, DevOps, and all components of systems infrastructure: from networking to storage arrays, to cloud services and hosting. 

Steve was ask to speak at DELL's Annual Analyst Conference (DAAC) in 2014, to represent the customers' view of DELL services and support.
Steve was awarded the Charman's Award from Mentor Graphics founder and then CEO, Tom Bruggere - for his design and implementation of the first fully-isolated customer test environment for bug duplication. 
Before that, Steve was a member of the Pitney Bowes team that installed the first computerized OCR mail processing system in the US (in the Los Angeles Postal Distribution Center) in 1982.

Steve attended California State University, Northridge where he studied Electrical Engineering, and post-graduate level studies in Computer Science at Portland State University.
His hobbies are Music (he was a Studio Trumpet player for Warner Bros. in the '70s), Woodworking, Automobile performance driving, and BBQ!
